この場合の商品の重量に関する定義が協定には記載がなく、どうしたものかとしていたのですが、アメリカ側の事前教示で乾燥重量だとのこと。
こんなこと事前教示で示す問題ではないだろう。協定にちゃんと記載しておけ！！
