現在の状況
2025年4月2日、トランプ大統領は国際緊急経済権限法（IEEPA）に基づいて相互関税制度を発表しました[1][2]。当初は4月9日から国別の個別税率が適用される予定でしたが、その後複数回延期され、現在は2025年8月1日から実施予定となっています[3][4]。

基本税率
すべての国に対して基本10%関税が2025年4月5日から適用されており、上記の個別税率はこれに追加されるものです[1][2]。
現在も各国との二国間交渉が継続中であり、8月1日の期限に向けて税率の変更や新たな合意が発表される可能性があります[3][10]。
